WEEKLY: $380 (7 Nights)
(Each additional week: $300 – Guest has the option to switch to monthly rate.)
Monthly & Annual site rentals available. (Several options for monthly or long-term stays. Please call for pricing.
**Daily, Weekly, and Monthly include all utilities (water, sewer, electric).
**Monthly and long-term guests must have RV units 10 years of age or newer. Any exceptions to age and condition must be approved by campground owner.
**All rates based on two-person occupancy.

RESERVATION REQUESTS
You can make your reservation online or by calling 252-745-9190. For online reservations, simply complete and submit the form below. Please understand that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until we have contacted you confirming the availability of space and you have paid the necessary reservation deposit. We will do our best to contact you as promptly as possible since it is our policy to speak with all potential guests in order to have a personal point of contact and to answer any questions they may have.

At check-in, payment must be paid with Cash, Visa, or MasterCard—no personal checks accepted. (Check-in 1:00 – Check-out 12:00)
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If a deposit or full payment of reservation has been paid, with 14 days’ notice of cancellation prior to scheduled check-in, a full refund will be made.
With 7 days’ notice of cancellation prior to check-in, we will refund all but one night’s charge.
With 6 days or less notice of cancellation prior to check-in, no refund will be made.
Any approved annual and semi-annual refunds will be computed at the regular monthly rate, and the balance if any may be refunded.
