For monthly and long-term guests, all units must be no older than 10 years. Exceptions are often made based on photos. Please call if you have any questions.

Any payment due at check-in for short term stays must be paid with cash or credit card. However, for reservations longer than 30 days, we will accept cash, credit cards, or personal checks.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Refund Policy:

 Nightly, Weekly, Monthly and Semi-Annual

  • After check-in, no refunds given

Annual Payment Refunds

  • The refund will be figured at the regular monthly rate based on the site you were staying at, any partial month will be calculated at ½ of the campground nightly rate, early departure fee of $400 and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

**If you do not follow the policy then no refund will be given**

Nightly Reservation

  • Must contact Management within 48 hours prior to check-in.
  • Notification less than 48 hours will be charged for 1 night’s stay, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Weekly and Monthly Reservation

  • Must contact Management within 7 days prior to check-in.
  • Notification less than 7 days will be charged for 2 nights’ stay at the nightly rate and the remaining balance will be refunded.
